While I specialize in the Travel & Hospitality industry, I’ve also had the opportunity to work across a variety of other sectors, tackling diverse and complex challenges. I thrive on immersing myself in each industry to understand its unique needs and opportunities.

I’ve collaborated with amazing clients such as Booking.com, KLM, Transavia and Air France, gaining deep insights into the travel experience from both B2C and B2B perspectives. My experience spans multiple roles—Design Lead, UX Designer, Service designer, UX Researcher and Strategist—always bringing a human-centered approach to every project.
