Ahrend redesign
With the design philosophy of Friso Kramer in mind, I created a simple, functional and visual appealing new website together with a team of designers and developers. With customer journey mapping we discovered the high priority improvements to enhance the customer experience on digital and physical touch points. For instance the ordering process and online mood board creations are new functionalities that improves the order process and aftercare for customers.
