Guided by the design philosophy of Friso Kramer, I collaborated with a team of designers and developers to create a simple, functional, and visually engaging website.

Through customer journey mapping, we uncovered the most impactful opportunities to enhance the experience across both digital and physical touchpoints. Key improvements included a streamlined ordering process and an online mood board tool, which made ordering easier and improved customer aftercare.
