Transavia

For Transavia, I worked on a full website rebrand with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and product owners. Our goal was clear: create a seamless digital experience that makes travel easy and enjoyable.

Passengers can now effortlessly view flight details and manage extra services across any device. The booking flow was redesigned as a visually appealing, step-by-step journey, making it simple and intuitive.

The brand’s refreshed visual identity, crafted by Studio Dumbar in collaboration with our Creative Director Henk Haaima, brings the Transavia experience to life online. Our work was recognized with a Silver Spin Award and a Lovie Award for Best E-commerce Website.

My contribution

As Senior UX Designer, I led the design of the ticket booking flow and the new “My Transavia” platform. Our goal was to create a smoother, more intuitive experience for both passengers and tour operators.

By rethinking the booking journey and improving key touch points, we not only enhanced usability but also drove measurable results: customer satisfaction climbed to 8.2, and sales of additional services like seat reservations and baggage grew by 33%.

This project was a great example of how thoughtful ux design can directly impact both user experience and business outcomes.
