Transavia rebranding

For Transavia I worked on the rebranding of the website in a multi disciplinary team of developers, designers and product owners. The goal of the re-design was to enhance the digital customer service. Passengers are now able to view their flight details and arrange extra services on every device. The booking flow was improved by creating a step-by-step process in a visual appealing way. The visual identity is designed by Studio Dumbar in collaboration with our creative director Henk Haaima. We won a Silver Spin Award and a Lovie award for best E-commerce website. If you want to know more about the details of this project, drop me a line :)

My contribution

A a senior interaction designer I was responsible for the design of the ticket booking flow and the new “My Transavia”. The goal of the new website was to enhance the customer experience for passengers and tour operators. The results of the new design and functionalities were very successful. The customer satisfaction scored an 8,2 and the sales of extra services on the flights like seat reservations and baggage increased with 33%.
