Reimagining how travelers discover, plan, and book experiences

I led the product vision for Booking.com’s Attractions unit to develop a strategic vision aimed at creating a seamless, engaging experience for both customers and suppliers. The project focused on delivering a state-of-the-art user experience, helping differentiate the platform in a competitive market, and generating new leads to attract fresh customers.

Result: The vision scaled into a company-wide initiative and set the standard for product vision planning through a North Star view of the end-to-end customer journey.
