Digitizing KLM flight operations

In a fast-paced, technology-driven airline industry, KLM Operations Control faces the challenge of managing an ever-growing number of flights and passengers. To drive transformation, it was essential to create a shared understanding of the vision and identify how it could guide strategic improvements.

Through extensive research, I helped uncover insights into the dynamic world of operations control. We then developed a holistic map of opportunity areas, connecting current initiatives and demonstrating how data can be used to make faster, smarter decisions across KLM Operations Control.

This work provided a clear roadmap for transformation and helped align stakeholders around actionable opportunities.
