Health Connect

Healthcare in the Netherlands is fragmented and inconsistent, and the demand for faster access and remote consultations has skyrocketed—especially since the pandemic. Social distancing and a heightened focus on hygiene have also changed how people interact with healthcare.

During a two-week internal Design Jam, my team and I developed Health Connect, a concept that not only connects multiple care institutions but also includes a social component to encourage healthier habits and community care. This project demonstrates how thoughtful design can address real-world challenges and create meaningful experiences for users.
